Our customers are often building or retrofitting energy-efficient and Passive House–inspired homes, and they want confidence that the decisions they make today will still make sense years from now.

    Why Small Planet Supply Exists

    We started Small Planet Supply after seeing high-performance construction in Europe, we realized that materials to assist building high-performance buiding wasn't available in North America.  We also noted that another roblem in high-performance construction was that good buildings were falling short because systems were chosen in isolation.

    Ventilation, insulation, airtightness, and electrification are deeply interconnected. When one component is selected without understanding the others, the result is often comfort issues, poor indoor air quality, moisture problems, or costly corrections after occupancy.

    Our role is to help prevent those issues—before they happen.

    Every product we carry is evaluated as part of a larger system, not as a standalone item.

    Our focus includes:

    If a product doesn’t support long-term performance—or doesn’t integrate well with other systems—we don’t carry it.
